Pre-heat oven to 350 degree’s. Roll out bread sticks on an ungreased cookie sheet, lay two pepperoni on the end and sprinkle with some mozzarella cheese and fold bread stick over and twist, then mix together parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder and sprinkle over top of twisted bread stick. Add more mozzarella if desired and bake 5-8 minutes or till golden brown. Dip in heated pizza sauce.
You can use garlic bread sticks from the freezer, or regular bread sticks from the bakery and just brush on sauce and add olives, mushrooms, Canadian or pepperoni on top with mozzarella cheese on top.
Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add juice and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze Makes 16

Slice 1 cup of the strawberries; set aside. Halve remaining strawberries; set aside.
Line bottom of 12x8 inch baking dish with pound cake slices. Top with 1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 cup of the blueberries and all of the whipped topping.

Spread tortilla chips in a single layer in a 15x10x1 inch baking pan
Sprinkle cheese over chips. Sprinkle with olives, bacon pieces, and green onion. Bake in 400 degree oven for 2-3 minutes or till cheese melts. Serve with sour cream or taco sauce.

Keep popped corn hot and crisp in oven (300-350 degrees) Butter sides of saucepan. In it combine sugar, water, salt, corn syrup, and vinegar. Cook to hard-stage (250degrees) Add vanilla. For special holidays, try using different shaped cookie cutters to cut out Knox Blox. Follow recipe as usual (see below), but instead of cutting into squares, let children cut out their own hearts for Valentines day, Christmas shapes for Christmas, Shamrocks for St Patrick’s Day. Etc…
Mix knox and jell-o in large bowl. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into 13x9” pan and chill until firm.
